Minnie Stephenson
Minnie joined Five in October 2009 as an entertainment reporter. Previously she was a producer at ITN but she realised she was too much of a show off to be behind the cameras.
In 2005 she won the BBC Radio presenter of the year at the Student Radio Awards.
But her first stab at journalism happened aged 11 when the Independent published her first article.
These days she can be found on the red carpet – interviewing the likes of George Clooney, James McAvoy, and Nicole Kidman, not to mention Dames Judi Dench and Helen Mirren.
If there’s a showbiz event going down you can be sure Minnie and her microphone are never far from the action.
When she’s not out and about – you’ll find her in the cinema reviewing the latest films - all in the name of work!
Whether it’s backstage at the Brits or pacing the streets she is almost always sporting sequins.
Her most terrifying moment to date was attempting stand-up comedy on a boat - her routine included a fake goldfish called Eric!
